The Department has well qualified faculty members mostly with postgraduate degree from the reputed institutions. Many of the faculty members have rich and varied industrial experience making an apt blend of theoretical and practical knowledge. Field visits to existing projects and construction sites are organized for exposure to and better appreciation of complexities and problems that are involved in project Development Project development and management so that the product becomes not only a graduate engineer but a competent professionals armed with modern techniques, tools and technology to face the challenges and tackle real life problems. Focused attention is made to lay the foundation for the pursuit of higher learning, research and development activities in the diverse fields of Civil Engineering enabling those who seek career in these areas.
