Circa 1998: JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE), NOIDA,
announced its arrival and journeyed from there, attempting to realise every little
dream that was woven into its destiny. Marking this,was the epoch-making occasion in 2003
when the then President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam inaugurated the campus and dedicated
it to the Nation.
JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE), NOIDA was established to meet the ever growing
demand for trained professional manpower for industries and to serve as training ground for
students from this region in the Engineering profession.
The Academy is situated on a sprawling campus of 28 acres in the Institutional area of NOIDA
and aims to be a value-based Centre of Excellence in Technical Education. Backed by the rich experience
of managing Engineering Education, JSSATE, NOIDA ranked as one of the best Technical Institutions in the
state of Uttar Pradesh, is approved by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and All India Council for
Technical Education and affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) at Lucknow.
Our students have been invariably placed in the Roll of Honour of top ten rankers in UPTU.
The National Board of Accreditation of A.I.C.T.E. , which aims to bring standards of technical
institutions in India at par with the institutions across USA and Europe by introducing a quality
auditing system has accreditated six B.Tech. Programmes (Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics
& Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology
& Instrumentation & Control Engineering) in JSSATE Noida.
The Academy has well-equipped laboratories, library and hostel facilities for girls and b oys.
It has the state-of-the-art Computer Centre to ensure adequate computing and Internet facilities to
every student.
The Academy has created the Industry Institute Interaction Cell to achieve optimal industry orientation.
